What is protected
Everything published on this site is the property of the Kingdom Basketball Association and its commissioner, Kevin Duffy, unless a page says otherwise. That includes — without limitation — the league's name and marks; every club's name, badge, secondary and retro marks, wordmarks, monograms, banner and varsity designs; the character artwork drawn for the league's show, magazine, comic and shop; the site's written content, data presentations and page designs; and all product designs sold through the Kingdom shop.
What you may not do
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or use any of these designs, logos or artwork — in whole or in part — for any commercial purpose, or present them as your own work, without prior written permission from the Kingdom Basketball Association. Buying a product from the shop transfers ownership of that physical item only; it does not transfer any right in the design printed on it.
Personal use
Fans may share links to this site and view its pages and free publications (including the league magazine, comic and colouring books, which are free to read in full) for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The free publications stay free — they are still copyrighted works, and free to read does not mean free to reprint, resell or rebrand.
Asking for permission
To ask for permission to use a design, logo or artwork, sign in (or create an account) on this site and reach the league office through your account — state which design you want to use and exactly what for. No use is permitted until you have written permission in hand.
Why some images carry a watermark
Preview images in the shop and logo library carry a light "KINGDOM BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION" watermark so the league's artwork is not lifted straight off the page. The watermark appears only on these web previews: products are printed from the clean master files, so what you buy arrives exactly as designed.
